[Chaos-l] Chapel Hill town hall meeting tonight re: lights

I'm inclined to do my part for dark skies and skip our CHAOS meeting 
tonight. The usual idea, of course, is that more light is better light.
Last year on a campus lighting tour the students objected loudly 
whenever we traveled from an over lit area to an area with lower 
lighting levels.

On-campus lighting is beginning to make the change toward putting 
correct wattage in the right places. I would hope that the town consider 
the same course.

And if you want more info about light pollution, consider attending "Our 
Vanishing Night" on April 20.  CHAOS and the Chapel Hill Town Council 
are listed as co-sponsors.
