[Chaos-l] Chapel Hill town hall meeting tonight re: lights

My 2cents:

Chapel Hill town council will opt to add more lighting for the  
alleged purpose of safety.  Adding lighting is "doing something."   
Not adding lighting is "not doing something."  Since it is the all  
consuming purpose of liberal government is to "do something," that is  
the course our town will take.  No other views will be brooked.  One  
may be allowed to speak, but one will also be viewed as a cultural  
oddity.
