Michael,

I'm planning on going for the whole time (unless a hurricane happens to
be parked over Moore County when it starts) and if two of us are there
at the beginning, it is pretty easy to grab a couple of spots and form a
"common" area between us for others in the club. There is always a
decision that must be made at the new site .. whether to be down next to
the pond (in the scope-only area) or up on the hill (where I was last
year). But I always like on the hill ... since I try to see some
things in the southern sky (like NGC253).

Leaving your stuff out, especially if you are near another club member
is fine (in my opinion). It should be somewhat protected from rain,
since showers can pop up in Moore County almost without warning.

I always look forward to MASP!

Robert
