Hi all.  It's that time again.  Please send us articles to go in the
newsletter.  Announcements of events, observing tips and reports,
Astro-news, and of course the ever-popular ATAM (Amateur Telescope
Accessory Making) are all welcome (and needed!  Pleeeease?).  You can
