Here is a checklist I put together a few years back - it might help.

There has been an evening meal at a reasonable price, as well as a trailer
with snacks & coffee - I would think they will have that again.

I am planning on going out Friday midday, as I am traveling until late
Thursday.  See you there!

9 days to go, and I am confirmed as pre-registered.

Now I need your advice on what I should bring, besides the astro toys of
course.  I've only been camping once, and I'm not real sure what to expect
out of MASP in that regard.

I have a tent, tarp, and good sleeping bag.  What other things do you
normally bring?

In the past, there has been some sort of food service, but there is no
mention of it on the website.  How has that worked out?  To what extent have
you depended on them to provide your food in the past?

All suggestions are welcome.  I'm planning to setup on Monday at noon when
they open be there each night.  I'll have to leave most days to go play an
education concert or two with the NC Symphony, so I'm not sure how that will
impact the location I choose for setup.

Thanks for your help, and I'm looking forward to spending some with you all.
