[Chaos-l] Medoc tomorrow night

Hi everyone,

I'm currently planning on camping at Medoc tomorrow so I can image all night.  I may bring my 12.5 Portaball also.  Since Sunday is going to be so warm I will likely stay into the day a good bit to do some hiking and terrestrial photography.

The only negative on the current clear sky chart shows poor seeing.  I suspect this is due to the jet stream position forecast, which for Saturday night appears to be over North Carolina.  Of course poor seeing is a function of aperture, as the CSC points out, and is calibrated for 11-14" scopes.  This won't affect the multi-arc second resolution of my wide field photos whatsoever.

There will be no early departure this time to guarantee you and Allen good photon absorption Robert, though looking at the forecast it won't be necessary anyway.
