Hi all.  You're really not going to believe this one, but the  
Observing dates page:  http://rtpnet.org/chaos/observing.html has  
actually been updated for 2009.  Please check it over, and see if  
there are any gross errors or inaccuracies.  If you have other dates  
you believe should be added, please let me know.

If you still see the 2008 page, you probably need to clear your  
browser's cache.  The selection to clear the cache is probably under  
the "properties" or "settings".
