[Chaos-l] Wind Tonight

So as I was walking the dog this morning in the (supposed) 22 mph wind, 
I noticed that the 22 mph probably refers to gusts ... not continuous 
wind.  In fact, there were periods of calm that were quite long (over a 
couple of minutes).  So I think I will show up tonight at the Morehead 
Planetarium.   I will have "the mistress" in the car ... and if the 
winds aren't too bad I will set her up.    When exactly were we meeting 
at the Sundial?    And when was "observing" supposed to start?   If I 
remember correctly, stars and such start appearing around 9 PM, although 
you can see the moon much earlier than that, and Saturn about a half 
hour earlier.
