Sorry, totally my fault.  A (new to me) pair of Canon 15x45 IS binoculars 
arrived this morning.  They are quite magical when looking at terrestrial 
targets, and I can't wait to point them skyward when the clouds clear out.  
Might be a week or more before that happens though according to the forecast.

In any case, I am very excited.  This model was discontinued in favor of the 
12x36 and 15x50 versions.  As a result, a used pair at 45mm can be had for 
less money than a new 36mm.
