[Chaos-l] Tonight's observing

Various sources (WRAL, Clear Sky, Weather Underground) suggest that the 
sky will be clearing some time after dark tonight.

We'll make a decision on the Jordan Lake Observing by 5 pm. Stay tuned.

And please consider coming out to the lake if conditions are favorable.
