[Chaos-l] CHAOS meeting on Tues. Jan 12

Is it true that the monthly CHAOS meeting is this coming *Tues at 7 pm at
the Carol Woods Assembly Hall*?  I'm just starting to get my bearings after
all the holidays.  I think I remember that Robert Nielsen is going to talk
about the *ideal dark site* for observing in our area - and if we don't go
to the meeting he may not tell us where it is!  We also need to start to
schedule people to man the CHAOS table(s) at *Astronomy Days in Raleigh on
Jan 30-31*.  This is our chance to show the folks from the Raleigh Astronomy
Club and from NASA as well as kids and adults from all over the Triangle
that *we're doing astronomy too*!  Plus we get to check out what everybody
else is doing.  Should be a lot of fun.  See you all on Tues.  Walter
