[Chaos-l] Web pages updated: meetings, observing sessions

Hi all.  Although technically, i'm not a member of CHAOS anymore, i  
took the liberty of updating the CHAOS meeting page for 2010 (the 2nd  
Tuesday wasn't too hard to figure out).  I also updated the observing  
dates page, with the info i could find on the Morehead pages, and  
assuming Farrington sessions are  the Friday closest to the 1st and  
last quarter moon, and dark site (wherever it may be at this time)  
sessions are the Friday closest to new moon.

If you disagree with the chosen dates (or if i made an error), feel  
free to let Robert know, since i heard a rumor he's going to be  
revamping the pages.
