[Chaos-l] Web site updates: CHAOS Calendar, Observing Conditions

Hi all.  Just made a couple of quick updates to the web site.  On the  
main table of contents, "CHAOS Calendar" now links to the NSN CHAOS  
calendar page.  On the "obseving conditions" page, i've added the  
aurora forecast.
