See below.  I received the note below from Ms. Guthrie a while back but I thought her original asking price was too steep.  I recommended she monitor Astromart for a while to try and determine more reasonable price. She's now dropped the price to $1000 which sounds like  pretty good deal.  Please contact Ms. Guthrie directly if interested.  I don't know her and have nothing to do with the offer other than passing along the information.

You were exactly right. I have dropped the price of my Telescope to $ 1,000. It is still in the original box in "excellent condition". I just want to move it. I have never used it and it is taking up a considerable amount of space. Would you let your folks know? I would appreciate it.

Meade Super PLOSSL 26 mm Multi-Coated - still in original case
Meade Ultra Wide Angle 4.7 mm Multi-Coated - still in original case
I have attached photos. My reason for selling is that it was a gift from a client who knew that I enjoy Astronomy. However, it is much to sophisticated for me. I have never used it. The client is a retired, educated gentlemen with no children or pets. It has been so well taken care of that everything is in "New Condition".

The retail cost for this was $ 3595 without the accessories mentioned above. I am sacrificing everything mentioned for $ 2200. I would appreciate your letting your Astronomy Club members know as someone would get a great deal and it would go to someone who can truly enjoy it.
