[Chaos-l] Astronomy Day Status

Hi all.  Robert asked:

The official start time is 3:30, but if you get things going earlier,  
i don't think anyone will complain.

> Also, what time do you think it will end now?  7:30?

Civil twilight ends at about 7:15, but the clouds will make it seem  
earlier.  I vote for 7:00, or 6:30 if the public are basically gone by  
6:00.  Especially if you have a lot of stuff to disassemble/schlep to  
the car.
