I'm guessing this person is referring to the dark sky site near the Virginia
border which is still referred to on our website. What is the latest status
on a dark sky observing site? Medoc Mountain is in play but how about other
sites?

Hello there,

I came across your group's web site and I'd love to be able to attend the
next dark sky observing session and bring my telescope.  I live in Person
County so I'm near the location, but I live in town so I haven't enjoyed a
really dark spot since I got my scope.
