[Chaos-l] development near Jordan Lake

There is currently a lot of debate over a proposed new development very close 
to Jordan Lake, at the intersection of 751 and Fayetteville Rd.  This of 
course affects anyone using Farrington for astronomy, because it has the 
potential to add a lot of light pollution.
