[Chaos-l] observing session at Jordan tonight

Nearly every post by RAC or CHAOS, about the session last night,
mentions the headlights. It's time to do something about this.
I'm open to suggestions. I was thinking about using orange cones to
prevent cars from entering the outer loop where we set up scopes. We
could also put up a sign (I'd have to bring it with me every time) along
the road that says something like "parking lights only, please."

Any other ideas?
(The Perseids bring out more folks - and more first-timers - so the
situation is understandably worse for this event.)
