Although this is something normally open only to law faculty, this Thursday we are hearing from Dr. Iqbal Singh on an unusual aspect of Space Law (unusual for us) - liability for orbital debris. If you know of a few such members, I'd be happy to help them with logistics (parking, etc). We meet promptly at noon at the UNC Law School on the UNC campus and finish promptly at 1. Lunch is provided. As is our custom, Dr. Singh will speak for ½ hour, followed by a full ½-hour for questions. Don
