STS-133 was scrubbed this morning after a gaseous hydrogen leak was
discovered in the same venting location on the External Tank that
caused problems for STS-119 and STS-127. The next is now planned for
Nov 30 at 4:05 am (another night launch) at the opening of the
favorable beta angle window.
The team needs time to diagnose the leak problem (at the ground
umbilical carrier plate which vents hydrogen gas away so it can be
safely burned off). Also, a significant crack in the insulation on the
ET was discovered this morning as well.
