after a relatively clear evening, the clouds started rolling in around midnight. By the penumbral start around 12:30 low clouds are creating a nice aura around the moon. Looking out across the horizon it doesn't look like that's going to let up anytime soon. Looks like Chapel Hill has it even worse.
