[Chaos-l] Difference In Lunar Eclipse?

Something else I noticed this time...

The lighter edge on the NE portion of the disc that stayed there until just
about the maximum eclipse, I'm assuming that was the result of the moon
passing through the Earth's shadow from the NE to the SW.

I've noticed that photos I've seen from this week's eclipse put this edge as
well as the shadows in various places. I'm guessing this is the result of
various telescopes flipping the image horizontally and vertically. Minor,
but important detail IMHO.
