How many days are in a year?  365.  How many days does it take for the Earth
to orbit the sun?  365.2425 So save your Happy New wishes until 5:49 am (and
12 seconds) tomorrow in the name of accuracy.  It may seem minuscule but
light can travel 3.9 billion miles or 42 AU in that time or well into the
Kuiper belt from the Sun.

I dont think I'll be up then though.  Too cloudy.
