[Chaos-l] GLOBE at Night

It's globe at night time again, This is a great activity to pass on to
any groups you've done outreach with in the past or just to do
yourself.

In a nutshell, it's a light pollution measurement campaign that uses
observing Orion as an easy to find constellation and a series of
drawings with varying levels of light pollution.  Report your findings
each night.
