[Chaos-l] The Milky Way

Robert commented last night about how the views at Medoc have been
exceptional this summer.  It is strange.we have experienced some of the
hottest weather this year..but the nights we have gone to Medoc the last
three months, more often than not, have been wonderful.  Last night there
was a bit of haze low, but the Milky Way was really glorious.  The CSC
indicated a pretty good night, but the actuality exceeded the prediction.
That has happened quite a bit lately.  

 

Plus, last night was remarkably dew free.  Forecast is not quite as good
tonight, but I am considering trying again...hate to miss out if there is a
possibility of doing something!  Is anyone interested?  allen
