[Chaos-l] Mark's new Delos

Mark brought his new 10 MM Delos to Medoc Saturday.  A very nice eyepiece.
Huge eye lens.lots of eye relief with an adjustable barrel that allows you
to set it for your eye.  Nice black sky background with flat field and pin
point stars.  

 

Check it  out when you get a chance.

 

BTW, I think that Robert, Mark, and I .and and Jason...are headed to the
refractor star party not far from Richmond..Goochland Boy Scout Camp as a
matter of fact, on Sept 17.  I am sure Mark will have the eyepiece, and
there should be some nice refracting scopes to view and look through that
weekend.  A neat sounding event.  And not so far away.  Patterned after a
similar event in New York held each year.  Come if you can.  allen
