OK, correct me if I'm wrong here...
If John bails and we "buy him out" here is what I think we get:
1) The Name - Meh, no big deal
2) The Website - More Meh
3) His power cords - Clegg, back me up here, but I think between the
Romex, the junction boxes, and the outlets, there is probably what,
maybe $2000-$3000 invested there?  Nothing to sneeze at, but not
irreplaceable.
4) That portashower and water heater - maybe $1000 worth of lumber and
the water heater.  Again, not insignificant, but not irreplaceable.

I guess we should see how much he wants for it.
