[Chaos-l] Interesting citizen science and outreach idea for 2017 eclipse

The idea, in a nutshell, is to encourage photography of the eclispe
from all over the country and then combine those images into a high
resolution time lapse movie.  The original idea came out of the
American Astronomical Society/Solar Physics Division.
