The site sounds similar to the Duke University "observatory" off Cornwallis
and I'm not sure that the RBC Center lights are on all the time although
they are probably on more than the lights at Wallace Wade Stadium.  I think
they mentioned looking at Jupiter which is less affected than the "faint
fuzzies" which are often underwhelming except to the practiced eye.  That
being said, I appreciate the "beta info" from those who have actually been
