[Chaos-l] Staunton River Star Party update

I just want to give everyone an update on what is going on with the star party. 
  
Currently we have approximately 32 people signed up for the event. We have capped it 150 but I would 
be happy with 75 people. We have folks coming from all over North Carolina and Virginia. This is very 
exciting. 
  
There have been three vendors that have confirmed attendance. Knightware, Southeastern Camera and Astrogizmos. We are 
very pleased  to have them coming. 
  
We have 4 or 5 speakers for Friday and Saturday which is wonderful. Dr. Mike Malaska, Dr. Gerry Watson, Jim Pressley, Matt 
Lochansky and John Raymond from Richmond. The talks all sound very interesting. 
  
The Staunton River staff have committed to food so food will be available Thursday morning to Sunday morning. Coffee 
will be plentiful.
