Sounds like one of those Magical weeks - glad you had a great time.
Wonder why attendance was down.  Gas prices???  Certainly wasn't weather!
Maybe it was Willie =-)  Heh - it takes all kinds!

I've seen the photos of the Officina Stellare gear and the first thing
that comes to mind: the Ferrari of Telescopes.  They just look
beautiful.
I wonder if they every plan to do any scopes optimized for visual usage?

I'd also kill to get a look through that 32" scope.  I'm assuming
he/she had a parracor on it, right?  At f/3.5ish I'd assume the coma
would be horrible.  It also make collimation ultra-critical.  Did you
see what tools he used for collimation?

Ohhh, and how long was the drive from Raleigh?  Just curious.
