[Chaos-l] [Medoc-mountain-men] observing

Hi, I'm interested. I'm a new member to this group (Thanks to Robert N. for sending me the link during the star party). How do I get access to the observing field? Is there any special rules besides the typical dark site rules applicable to all star parties? Is there any fee/donations involved for using the observing field? Sorry about these newbie questions. 
I mostly do CCD imaging but also observe visually while the camera's doing its work, would love to meet and learn from the experts from this group!
