>From what I can gather, the weather situation looks a bit better for tonight than even this morning.  WRAL has changed the entire night to partly cloudy with no mention of rain.  The CSC looks clear, with so so transparency and average seeing.  Really not bad.  



Ian is coming...I just talked to him.  Robert N is coming.  I know Alexey and Tony and Michael  had hoped to be able to come .  Hope the weather will be good enough to allow some of you to feel like you can make it.
