They're almost literally "underneath" the CSC charts. Go to one of
the CSC pages, like:

    http://cleardarksky.com/c/JordLkNCkey.html

Then click on one of the blocks (of the type you want to map) for the
hour you want the map of.

So, if you click on the "cloud cover" row, you get this:

    http://cleardarksky.com/f.php?Mn=lenses&p=4C1812JordLkNC

If you click on the "transparency" row, you get this:

    http://cleardarksky.com/f.php?Mn=equatorial%20mount&p=4T1712JordLkNC

If you're a planetary observer, you may prefer "seeing":

    http://cleardarksky.com/f.php?Mn=astrophotography&p=4S1812JordLkNC

You can click the previous/next arrows at the top of the page, or (if
you're patient) the "animate this image", which can be quite
interesting. And, of course, you can choose the type of map at the
bottom of the page if you want to switch.

As Atilla Danko (the CSC creator) says, if the charts are useful to
you, send a message to the CMC to let them know.
