Attached is a photo of the CHAOS presentation at the Museum of Natural
Sciences as Astronomy Days this past weekend (thanks for the photo,
Stewart). CHAOS should be proud, especially of Stewart Dunaway, Jayme
Hanzak, Margareta Thompson, Terry Crook, Mike Gallagher, Kumar Pandya and
Bill Cramer (and to Phil Suitt who had to cancel for an emergency). There
were 7000 people through the Museum on Saturday and 3000 on Sunday. The
Spring date of the event has not been as popular for a lot of reasons and
Astronomy Days for 2013 has been moved to January 26-27 (the "old" month
for the event). That means we only have 6 months to get ready for the next
one! We can start right after the Venus Transit on June 5. See you at
Morehead Planetarium for that one! Astronomy never sleeps. Walter
