Well, I realize it is the full moon weekend, but I'm itching to try out two things: (1) the new solar scope, and (2) a new iPhone app to control my DSLR (for astrophotography), so I'm thinking of going to Medoc Saturday afternoon and staying into the evening to see the night sky as well.   It probably won't be a late night, but should be fun ...
