[Chaos-l] "Bumblebees can't fly"

The idea that science says bumblebees can't fly is an old one.  It,  
like much of science reporting, missed a few critical points, and  
would be better expressed as "a scientific model of bumblebees with  
simplified approximations can't fly", but isn't so quotable.  A couple
