Weeeeeelllllllllll, it's looking very ifffffy for tonight. 
  
I'm planning on making a call by 3pm for everyone but I am considering on coming up just in the event we get a clear 
patch. It's happened before. If we can't see anything, maybe we can have a "question and answer as best I can" segment.

I just wanted to follow-up with you about coming on Thursday night July 12th to our Girl Scout Day Camp in Wake Forest. 
  
The Day Camp is being held at the United Methodist Church in Wake Forest, NC.  The address is 905 South Main Street.  It is located at the intersection of Main Street and Highway 98 Bypass East.  The Day Camp is in the separate brick building closest to the intersection.  It will be marked very well so you should be able to recognize it.  I would be happy to provide you more detailed directions if you need them. 
  
I know that you had suggested we start around dusk which is about 9pm.  We are having Little Ceasar's cheese pizza for dinner around 6:45pm.  I would like to invite you and any other members of the club who are planning on coming to have pizza with us.  If you and your other club members would like to come for pizza just let me know so I can order enough for all of you.

Event Name: Wake Forest Day Camp - "Zoom to the Moon" 
Date/Time: 7/12/2012 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM 
Event Description: We are having a Girl Scout day camp in Wake Forest the week of July 9th and the theme is "Zoom to the Moon".  On Thursday night 7/12 of the day camp, the girls are going to sleep overnight.  I was hoping that some of your club members could bring your telescopes and show the girls how to use them and let them look through them and you could talk about the stars.
