[Chaos-l] directional info from Google maps

If you ever have a need for azimuth info in Google maps such as
aligning sun/moon rise/set with something interesting, this overlay in
Google maps.

I just used it to help the weather folks at WRAL figure out where we
might have something similar to take cool pictures of in Raleigh.  The
answer is in late September since downtown Raleigh's grid is canted
about degrees from true E-W.
