Sorry it didn’t really work out.  I am planning to meet Jason and Michael tonight at Medoc.  The weather forecast is iffy enough that I don’t want to travel too far.  Transparency forecast awful, but the clouds look like they may part and the seeing looks excellent.  Maybe a good chance to see a disappearing Saturn.  allen

I raced the clouds to Staunton River, I got there first but the clouds still won. :-(

See the other contestant in the picture. It's nice fluffy white thing in the sky. Looks

are deceiving.

 

Mike Malaska gave a great talk as usual. The weather on the other hand was damp.

I'm heading back up tonight for the rain date and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

 

Jordan Lakes CSC is looking a little better than SRSP.
