[Chaos-l] a note on suckerholes

Yes, I have been a sucker for suckerholes, especially early on in my observing because I was so energetic and gung ho about it....and I remember many a night at Medoc with some folks , who have long since stopped observing, where we had excellent views even though there were some clouds.  It actually was fun sometimes to be directed to different parts of the sky that were visible, and be "forced" in a way to focus on one or two things that were visible ...then move to another portion of the sky. 



Have I convince anyone that clouds can be a good thing? NOT 



Last Saturday at SR, there weren't really a lot of suckerholes.  IT would cloud over almost completely then clear...yada yada.  but it was still alot of fun and worth the trip, good company also makes these things worthwhile. 



But I need to get out, and maybe hike and just enjoy some peace and quiet and a change of pace.  I have not shaken my cabin fever yet. 


And I'd like to have anyone enjoy it with me.  allen
