If the CSC stays reasonable I'm up for some observing.
In my brief reading of CSC, I think the reason why it disagrees with local
forecasts so often is because the CSC takes cirrus clouds into account
whereas local forecasts don't.
I guess that's why some nights are dark blue for cloud cover and white for
transparency.
Fingers crossed for tonight.
