[Chaos-l] Fall Star Party

In order to not interfer with other star parties. Our star party will be
held October 1st through October 6th. According to the Staunton River
staff, the bugs are greatly reduced by this time and is actually about a
week earlier than last year. So with a cold snap and a drier late summer,
we should be OK.

I will get these dates posted on all of the usual calendars.
