[Chaos-l] [Medoc-mountain-men] How Can Forecasts Be So Wrong?

I found the weather here in Apex to me mostly cloudy from about 8:30 pm onwards.  AccuWeather was pretty close.  They predicted 24% cloud cover increasing sharply at 10 pm then clearing around daybreak.  They did not indicate exactly same cloud cover for Medoc though so I guess the atmosphere outsmarted those computers!

Clear as a bell right now  - imaging the Christmas Tree Nebula in Ha right now.  Think I'm ready for WSP 2013.  Picked out four targets for the week - might enter AP Contest this year if we get three or four nights of good imaging weather.
