As of right now, Astronomy Days schedule is unchanged.  Setup tonight
has wrapped up so folks can home and avoid the weather.

Do check in the morning for any changes.  The museum website should
have updates and also note the RAC information line number below that
will have any details as well.

Hello,

    I am sure you have all seen the weather forecast for Friday
evening.  There are still a lot of questions about how much of an
effect this will have (if any).  However, the event plan remains the
same at this time.

- A number of the NASA folks are arriving tonight
- Setup will be tomorrow and tomorrow evening
- We go on Saturday AM as planned

   The museum staff and I will be there tomorrow no matter what.  If,
and it's a big IF, the museum administration makes a call to delay
opening on Saturday, I will get notified and I will get the
information out to everyone.  I will update both web sites (the two
under my control that is):

as well as Facebook and sending an email.   Both the club phone line
(919)-460-7900 and the Museum Number (919) 707-9800 will have updated
information as well.

  No matter what, I can be reached on my cell at (919) 637-2736.  I
will be up late on Friday and up early on Saturday (and up late on
Saturday), so feel free to contact me if there are any questions.

   As always, please use your best judgement with regards to your
