the first is from a guy standing on a bridge, who gets the 
blast.

The meteor arrived at 9:20am local time, and in the (I 
think) first video you can see the sun just rising on the 
horizon. The cars all have headlights on and are in semi 
dark.

You can see shadows from the low angle sun on the meteor 
smoke trail
