I don't know guys, I'll vote for the Off Clip On system. It certainly works for me. At first I noticed that the green chemical in the vial continued to evaporate even though it was not on and assumed that once the seal was broken, the 12 hours they advertised it's effectiveness was ongoing. I called the SC Johnson Co. and was assured by the rep that even though this occurred, it in no way affected the length of time it remained effective. It could even remain potent after sitting for extended periods of time. As to it's safety, well, I never liked rubbing all that DEET on myself either.
Has someone bought something new? We haven't had much good observing weather lately.
