[Chaos-l] Staunton R Star party: bad weather plan

I was planning on arriving thurs afternoon.

How many are registered?

How many are likely to be there on thurs evening if the 
weather is good?

Let's say it's 100% cloudy next thurs (say like today), with 
little possibility of clear skies that night. How many 
people will likely be there on the thurs night?

What if it's raining? Will there still be electricity in the 
field?

With the park putting on food, I assume they have to order 
ahead and will have food for thur evening whether anyone is 
there or not. Will they be peeved if it's raining on thurs 
and no-one arrives?

Is there somewhere to hang out during the day (say a 
conference room) or eves if the weather isn't cooperative?
