I went to the Maple View Ice Cream place tonight since it was the first clear night in a while and I didn't know if I'd get another chance to see the PanStarrs comet.  There were about 10 of us there and we didn't locate it until about 8:15 PM.  It was higher in the sky than we had thought originally and even though the sky was clear it was not visible without binoculars. The best view was with a tripod binocular setup that one of the viewers had and people took turns viewing it.  I left early and based on Sky Safari it probably set at about 9:00 PM or so.  So I guess on a clear night in the next week or so it should still be viewable with binoculars or a telescope.
