Greetings Presenters, 


This will be the final email regarding tomorrow night's event . 

For those of you who are first time presenters, directions to Creekside are here;  www.creekside.dpsnc.net  .  

Presenters can start setting up at 5:30 p.m.   If you absolutely need to set up earlier, please let me know as we will have to accommodate the after-school program which uses the space until 6:00pm. For those who have already asked for earlier arrival ti mes, this will be accom modated.  The Science Festival starts at 6:00pm and goes till 8:00 pm. Prior to the start of the program, we would like to offer a light dinner of sandwiches, sides and sodas to presenters ONLY in Room 104  (this is a change of l ocation and we will have signs and personnel to help direct you to your location).   

The event will be held primarily in the back of the school (fields, art & music room, courtyards and cafeteria/gym) so please feel free to park in the bus lot located in the back of the school.  Please stack your cars to accommodate as many presenters as possible.  Student presentations will be displayed in the Library if you are interested in seeing what these young minds are up to.  Student presentations are encouraged, not mandatory (nor graded), so I am always amazed with their motivation and imagination.
